The pay was good and the work was easy

The supervisor totally changed the way she treated me after calling in only 1 time because I was sick. She went from promising me I would be hired on full-time to ending my assignment with only 13 hours left before being converted. She never told me why she changed or what I had done wrong. She would also talk about other employees to me behind their backs.
