Poor communication Untrustworthy HR Management Poor training/onboarding, no documented procedures. Micro managed. Loud work environment with over crowded office space. High Turnover (unfortunately, not the bad employees) Politically incorrect activity in normal work day. Not flexible work schedule. Work is more like data entry than actual strategic sourcing.
