I enjoyed working at this firm very much.

A change in upper management caused the dynamic of the office's morale to diminish.

Beautiful view, some nice people and like the job I do.

There are no reviews, no raises and not much chance to advance. The "favorites" get the option of working from home, quite frequently and delegating their work on others. We are under staffed and no one is beating the door down to get in. Also, most days a member of upper management seems to have many "off" days and is critically moody.
