Everything is basically controlled by one person at the top of management. - Utilitarian / military working environment & culture. - A lot of office politic / blaming and pointing fingers between departments. - Management plays favoritism on certain department. - Top heavy company structure / too many senior level executives who do nothing except playing office politic all the time. - Lack of career progression / opportunity.
