I worked in the corporate world prior to Rhymetec and never thought I'd find a job that I actually enjoyed doing - my job felt like a chore. I could not have been more wrong. Joining Rhymetec and making that transition to a new job was the best decision I could have made. From the moment I joined, I felt like I was part of something bigger - a company that genuinely values their employees and we treat eachother like friends and family. It doesn't feel like there is a hierarchy here and I'm empowered to make larger decisions and leadership is always open to new ideas. The work/life balance is amazing, which has always been very important to me. We are compensated very fairly and rewarded with many additional incentives based on our performance and hard work. I'm so excited to continue to grow at Rhymetec, it's only just the beginning!

Normally, I wouldn't like working from home, but this company provides so many opportunities to meet with the team in person with ad hoc working sessions, company offsites, conferences and partner events!

Certain departments will micromanage tasks, which can feel restrictive and stressful. There is also a strong culture of secrecy among directors and managers toward employees, and while the company promotes team events and a collaborative image online, the reality does not match what is presented publicly. Many of the five-star reviews you see here appear to come from upper management, who often gatekeep information and maintain control over what is shared externally. The benefits, while available, may not fully offset the intensity of the work environment. Job security can be a concern; roles may be eliminated if deemed less critical, and some employees have experienced abrupt terminations, contributing to a toxic atmosphere for some teams. Potential employees should be aware of the associated risks and the gap between public image and internal reality.
