9yThank you for the note. As others have mentioned in their reviews, we provide weekly free lunches and a lot of snacks for each office. We just ask that employees help to dispose of the food items after (which nets out to an employee doing it once every other month). It's certainly not mandatory, but cleaning up is appreciated by all employees. In regards to the bathroom, this became an issue as we hired more in the Bellevue location. However, we recently worked it out with the building owner and now have access to the downstairs bathroom as well. This seemed to have solved the issue.
