There's an expectation to attend after-hours events without compensation - no overtime pay or time off in lieu. Even basic expenses like mileage reimbursement can be a hassle to claim back. Despite advertising "hybrid working," remote work opportunities are limited - you might get one day at home if you're fortunate. Career progression feels stagnant. While they may give you a team leader title, the high turnover means you're often managing nobody, making it feel like an empty gesture rather than genuine advancement. Overall, the combination of poor management practices, financial uncertainty around commissions, and lack of work-life balance makes this a challenging place to build a career.

Management have created an incredibly positive working environment and the team is made up of motivated, supportive individuals who genuinely care about what they do. One of the standout aspects is the level of trust that management places in employees. Leadership is approachable, supportive and invested in helping everyone reach their professional goals. The Work Well, Live Well campaign is a great initiative that encourages a healthier lifestyle and brings staff together to support one another on personal and fitness journeys. The culture is fun and inclusive, with regular company events that are actually enjoyable and bring the team closer. Overall, the company has done an excellent job of building a team that truly cares about the candidates they support across Northern Ireland. There’s a strong sense of momentum as the company and team continue to grow, and it’s exciting to be part of that journey!
