Monday to Friday was probably the only decent thing Pay was on time Healthcare but you need to contribute towards the plan, most places do this free

The workplace culture here has some significant challenges. Management appears to show clear favoritism toward certain employees, which creates an uncomfortable environment for others. Staff turnover is extremely high, which speaks volumes about employee satisfaction. The constant changes to targets and commission structures make it difficult to plan financially or feel secure in your earnings. There's an expectation to attend after-hours events without compensation - no overtime pay or time off in lieu. Even basic expenses like mileage reimbursement can be a hassle to claim back. Despite advertising "hybrid working," remote work opportunities are limited - you might get one day at home if you're fortunate. Career progression feels stagnant. While they may give you a team leader title, the high turnover means you're often managing nobody, making it feel like an empty gesture rather than genuine advancement. Overall, the combination of poor management practices, financial uncertainty around commissions, and lack of work-life balance makes this a challenging place to build a career.

I've really enjoyed my time working for Riada Resourcing. Management have created an incredibly positive working environment and the team is made up of motivated, supportive individuals who genuinely care about what they do. One of the standout aspects is the level of trust that management places in employees. Leadership is approachable, supportive and invested in helping everyone reach their professional goals. The Work Well, Live Well campaign is a great initiative that encourages a healthier lifestyle and brings staff together to support one another on personal and fitness journeys. The culture is fun and inclusive, with regular company events that are actually enjoyable and bring the team closer. Overall, the company has done an excellent job of building a team that truly cares about the candidates they support across Northern Ireland. There’s a strong sense of momentum as the company and team continue to grow, and it’s exciting to be part of that journey!
