      If you don't know English and speak only Malayalam, then this is the place for you. They have a lot of money to spare, so the infra is great. They'll give a job to anybody as long as you are willing to be sincere and okay with getting paid less!! They generally try to be nice and cool

      If you are not a Malayali, this is not the place for you!!! You will not feel any sense of belonging! Some people in leadership positions have fragile egos! If you are a suck up, you'll easily survive! They overwork their employees by calling them "family" Some employees are creepy
