Vantaggi
The team are very down to earth and respectful. The work environment and culture is positive. Everyone is individually very driven about the Rialto mission and very passionate about their work without the need for micro-management and rigid hierarchical structures. All ideas are heard and I personally felt that my opinions were genuinely encouraged and appreciated. Rialto as an employer truly understood how to create the best work-life balance for me (and all employees) so that I was able to deliver my best work - my personal priorities were always respected which is rare to find. Senior management in particular were genuinely invested in my personal progress both in and out of the office and offered me a lot of opportunities at Rialto to use my skills and develop professionally. Senior management have an abundance of expertise that they are happy to teach and pass on and are always eager to generate new ideas. They bounce well of each other and have open collaborative discussions where all members of staff, including me, could chip in. From my own observations, consultants working for Rialto were always given a high level of trust and respect; management were also extremely careful to ensure clients were matched with the right consultants to ensure the best fit. I consistently saw that any feedback from both consultants and clients was openly encouraged, discussed and always taken on board. Overall really appreciate my time at Rialto and still feel comfortable to reach out to the team for any future work.
Svantaggi
None that affected my experience personally. You really do get out what you put in, plus more.
