There is no career path for analyst after a while, as Management only sees people who talk and sale to clients, Consultants who talk to clients will take credits of your work to build up their own profile and the company is happy to see it because it will help them sale.

Complete lack of structure and processes throughout the company. Senior management wants to cut costs everywhere they can. No culture or benefits for employees, the company doesn't want to invest in it's people which shows with the extremely high turnover rate. The company treats every employee like a contractor, and only focuses on the short term for what consulting work they can bring in.
