I was employed by Richer Education for nearly 2 years. I really enjoyed working there. One of my favourite things was the working environment, the respect, the order. Another point, I liked was the recruitment day/onboarding (it was impeccable). From the moment I interviewed until I was given my contract, the treatment was very professional.
I left the company recently because I found a full-time job out of the UK. Otherwise, I would have continued for several years. I highly recommend this company.

There are always deadlines and even though the managers and supervisors absorb all the pressure (as a tutor you don't even notice the pressure). I think the company should be flexible with deadlines.
