Complete narcissistic nepotistic work environment. They flip robots purchased from China for $5k for 5-7 times their value and call it a profitable “business model” leasing robots trapping businesses in master service agreements, before they realize what they purchased. They can’t run. Management is delusional on expectations and has little to no sales experience. The self reflection of shame is real.. The company may be delisted from Nasdaq if it drops below $1 a share and faces challenges including a high valuation and ongoing dilution of shares attempting to raise money from issuing more shares to investors, because people are getting wise to their overpriced robot hustle, so they currently can’t sell anything without crazy cash burn. So managers be over stressed. To fight the stress the list imaginary “major deals with national corporations” in SEC filings to artificially drive up their stock price. Ultimately covering up for week, sales models, that generate horrible profits. Richtech is trading at a high multiple of estimated sales. The company has a history of diluting existing shareholders by issuing new shares (ATM agreements) to raise cash because they desperate and lack sales experience. Their quarterly financials are horrible. (Check the web) Net income is down $4.54 million or 305% since last year! Their net profit margin is down 305% yoy! Earnings before interest and taxes depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) is down 401%. And if you get hired it will be your fault not theirs. I promise you will remember this post. Which keeps my commissions fat because I got seniority I will personally drop a dime on you if you even come close to doing better than me. I’m in tight with these people. But I’m horribly insecure.. Company cash burn is also a concern. But as long as I keep getting paid I’ll continue to kiss up and never complain. They respect it… Poor investor communications are also a concern fueling distrust among Investors. They basically crawled in a hole after release of Q1 2025 earnings and refused to update investors after the 300% plus drop in net profit margin went public. I would have done the same. Competition: The robotics market is becoming increasingly competitive, with established players and well-funded startups vying for market share. This makes it difficult for Richtech to gain a dominant position or achieve sustainable profitability. Product Performance and Reliability: The success of robotics companies hinges on product performance and reliability. Issues with robot functionality, maintenance, or customer support continue to damage Richtech's reputation and lead to lost sales. Market Adoption: Even with innovative technology (purchasing robots on the open market and placing Richtech stickers on them), market adoption can be a hurdle. Convincing businesses to invest in robotics solutions requires demonstrating a clear return on investment and overcoming concerns about cost, integration, and potential disruptions to existing workflows. Especially considering the alarming negative quarterly reports and even if they have a cool sticker. Scalability and Production: Meeting growing demand for robots requires efficient and cost-effective manufacturing and deployment capabilities. Not quadrupling up on profit flipping robots already available on the open market. Difficulties in scaling production, managing supply chains, or maintaining quality control continues to impede Richtech's growth. I ain’t mad. Financial Performance: Like many young companies, Richtech might face challenges in achieving profitability. High development costs, competition, or slow market adoption could impact its financial performance and investor confidence. Company Culture: Several employee reviews suggest potential issues with company culture, including management style and communication. These factors can impact employee morale, productivity, and retention, potentially affecting the company's overall success. However if it’s the truth they can’t silence it. God bless America. Everything. Constant blaming. Constant yelling. No one takes responsibility. There is no training. They completely lie to anyone to close a sale. They talk behind your back. I can go on and on. It’s complete chaos over there. They work you over and over and have no disregard or respect for your personal life
