Mostly everyone in an executive position is only in that position because they own the place not because they are qualified. The work environment is pathetic. The bathrooms always smell. The kitchen is gross and sometimes ants get into the water cooler. The carpet looks older than my grandparents and they are in their 80's. Management pretends to care about its employees but they don't. Benefits are the worse I've been by far. They don't believe in work life balance. No raises or bonuses.
