So much firefighting as the norm Customer contracts all bespoke so meeting every customers need is a challenge Management not able to commit to change and very dependant on employees to sort issues as systems and process not fit for purpose Disengaged employees ; no leadership in company Old IT kit failing and no investment in the right tools for the job

People are good to work with

Over worked and unpaid Management needs to listen more to non managers
