No career progression, no payrise. It's ok if you're the type of person who can stay in the same role for 20 years. and happy with being just another number. Company benefits are non-existant, the healthcare is cheaper if you pay out of your own pocket. Comapny is so large nothing ever happens, nothing will ever improve, and everything has to follow out of date and non-sensical policies. You are judged solely by some middle manager who has never met you in person and has no idea what you do day to day.
