You will learn a lot (work and otherwise). Definitely a good place to learn life skills and priorities along with work. Dynamic environment

Get ready to be milked Your job responsibilities are not the "only" things you need to know or do, which is a pro a con! Biased management Appreciation/Salary not based on or not related/proportional to you work performance Communication in regional language which hinders broader outlook and causes inconvenience to others.
