Office is very friendly, and the employees have a great relationship with one another. Larkspur is a beautiful part of Northern California, and gives great access to the outdoors when a banker is not working.

Most of the training is done on job. Location of office in Larkspur is good for people/students living in the suburbs of San Fran, but does not grant great access to the city aside from the Larkspur ferry.
