The managing Director, John Wallace, actually values the team and supports the team. He will offer advice and encouragement where needed, allowing you to grow and improve without feeling undermined and discouraged. At Ridgemont you definitely will not feel stagnant, as there are amazing career opportunities and the company is continually growing. You are encouraged to grow and learn, professionally, which has an amazing affect on you personally and your confidence. The team and John Wallace are very professional and very friendly.

I found hard at the beginning to connect with coworkers also due to the coronavirus pandemic and the remote work, but Ridgemont is now organising team building activities including virtual games and quiz nights so I would not consider this s a downside of the job anymore
