Good - Recensione dipendente - Staff RN presso Ridgeview Behavioral Health Services

Since I have been here I have seen Ridgeview grow in the right directions with expanding services were there is very few, and putting new management in place from the ground up which really impacts the clients and staff in a positive way. Most upper management staff work with clients.

As a nonprofit pay is always a little low but they have raised it.

Friendly staff and casual work environment. Friendliness extends to the top.

Pay is just too low. Depending on dept, can be hard to move up.
