Dear Alumni - thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear that you did not have a great experience. Rest assured we take the feedback seriously and are constantly striving to improve. Few points: 1. I disagree that appointment letters are not given. There might an isolated case but we have as policy that everyone gets an appointment letter before their date of joining. 2. In a startup, people have to be flexible in their role depending on what is needed. 3. We have established an company policy that hikes will happen annually based on performance which will be applied for everyone across the board. Happy to chat if that might be possible. Best, -Paritosh
