Being in the business over twenty years of course I had heard about Riemer prior to interviewing with them. Like everything some good some bad so I had no idea what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. Open door policy is not just a catch phrase here. The agency principal is always available and willing to assist you with any problem. However the thing I like most is the agency believes in promoting from within. That is always important to long term employees

Many of the holidays when other agencies are closed we are open. For example Martin Luther King Day, Veterans Day. I understand that producers bring in the money, however there are agency standards for a reason and agents should not be allowed to subvert them at their leisure.
