Your career is largely impacted if you aren't friends with the right people. Growing too fast to be able to handle. Leadership seems to have no idea what's going on. It often feels like something is happening that only those that know the right people know. Departments do not work well together. The CEO will trash talk other staffing firms (because ultimately that's what RigUp is) and their leaders in public slack channels. That's extremely unprofessional and he doesn't realize it.
