They don't value how long it takes to get to know the business and they will fire people on a whim. It really doesn't feel like there are that many adults in the room and it's disheartening because they are sitting on a really great idea with lots of good, smart people. They have very few loyal employees because they are not loyal to their employees and don't care to listen to what they have to say. In the two years I was there, there were more than 4 initiatives around goals so they could covertly layoff or fire the bottom 20%. None of them ever stuck and we pivoted to something else
