NOT suitable for fresh graduate because of all the cons listed. DO NOT waste your precious time here as it will NEGATIVEly IMPACT your career for years afterward UNLESS you want to be a dead sea developer. Salary offered is NOT attractive. A simple research and compare on the job market will tell you the range of expected salary. Yearly increment and bonus is not promised. A normal sign due to the "dead sea effect".
