Riggs leadership are always open to suggestions of improvement, including using employee surveys as a tool. As long as suggestions are applied, there are no cons to working at Riggs.

Love the mission and providing for the community. Many are very kind and are working for the same community patient care

For the most part all is good. Some management strategies need to be addressed. They seem to be working on this.
