Vantaggi
1. I’ve never worked for a company that was as generous as this one. Lots of perks, like a Grubhub allowance, free gym membership, hefty bonuses, and fun gifts for almost every holiday. Great way to keep employees quiet and docile. 2. Besides the slackers, there are employees here that are truly amazing to work with. Riggs is super lucky to have them but I hope these people eventually realize that they’re better off working somewhere else.
Svantaggi
1. Communication in the office is terrible and there’s often discrepancies between managers. Too many chefs in the kitchen. 2. Majority of employees have horrible work ethic. I’m baffled at how a single company has managed to attract the laziest people. They never want to be held accountable for anything and only do the bare minimum so they don’t get in trouble. 3. Weird work culture. If management doesn’t like you, good luck. The only way you’ll survive is if you keep your head down, shut up, and do your job. 4. The absolute worst part about this company is the toxic work environment created by the Human Resources Department. They don’t know how to handle issues and, instead of having an open door policy, will make you out to be the villain when you speak out. It’s also obvious that they let their emotions and personal opinions influence their actions.
