There's no such thing as free parking downtown.

Right On is a great environment, not so much because of the office or its location but because of its people. Everyone on the team is creative, excited, and helpful -- which you don't find everywhere! Leadership mainly comes from the founder, which is great, and any employee can sit down with him for 1-on-1 time to discuss clients, ideas, projects, etc. Overall, it's a positive atmosphere.

While the product is unique, it was falling a tad behind its competitors due to a lack of consistent product development. Most of the dev team was working on fixing the current platform and not creating the next version. Turnover seems high, particularly in the sales and marketing teams. If you aren't able to multitask, this isn't the place for you. Everyone pulls their weight and then some!
