There needs better job isolation where people shouldn't be doing what they don't understand.

As a Contractor to RSSI, I have been very impressed with the leadership of the company and the quality of the staff. RSSi's approach is to provide quality staff to the client, ensuring meeting all client expectations. RSSi provides staff with opportunities for education and training, thus eligible for advancement and promotion.
