- CEO likes to micromanage (which is perfectly fine, however there needs to be trust in place as well)
- CEO monitors personal work emails as well as Slack/Hubspot messages
- Did not have proper tools to be onboarded correctly
- CEO spoke to his staff in a degrading manner
- Didn't feel safe to contribute ideas or ask for time off for personal reasons as afraid of what the CEO would think
- Shames you on an open network (if you are on a Google Meeting with everyone at work, it takes place there or via a Slack Channel - then he tries to delete the evidence of it taking place)
- CEO has been known not to pay staff; witheld payments for staff who have resigned
- CEO takes no responsiblity if things go wrong and likes to blame others
- CEO will ask you to do things that are not part of the job description
