- Not challenging and quite boring - Constant penalising of targets to dock your pay - Very low paid- - New management is uncompromising and takesit personally if you voice your opinion - Poor incentives and bonuses - Lack of support - Horrendous turnover of staff - Don´t learn from their mistakes and will literally hire anyone - Very quick to fire you rather than seeking an amicable and reasonable solution - Treated as a number rather than an individual - Constantly getting you to sign new documents that are a way to penalise you and put you through a disciplinary proceedure - I witnessed over 25 people either dismissed from the company or that left due to unneccessary pressure in the space of 4 months - I could go on but my recommendation is to NOT join this company
