Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback about your experience working at our company. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed working with our team, but we are sorry to hear that you experienced some challenges while working with us.
We want to address your concerns about excessive workload and pressure on staff. We understand that our expectations for our employees can be high at times, but we strive to provide all of our staff with the support and resources they need to succeed. We will certainly take your feedback on board.
Regarding your comments about the audio training and bonuses, we want to clarify that our call quality moniroting is an important part of keeping our high standards, and we do expect all employees to have the level of competence to pass these. Bonuses are awarded based on a variety of factors, including meeting goals, but quality does play a part in these bonuses being awarded.
We also take your comments about shift patterns seriously, we will continue to review and refine our scheduling policies to ensure that our employees are able to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
