I dont have any pros

Owner only care about his money, will never tell you good job. Always feels like you are walking on egg shells around him. Small staff so you will be handling 10x more jobs than they originally tell you is your responsibility. The warehouse is constantly 3-4 weeks behind on orders so you will be getting 30-40 calls a day from irate customers who promised their equipment weeks prior. Absolutely ZERO room for growth. One sales rep has been there for 15+ years and is still doing the same work. Commission started decent but the owner will find a way to change it every year so you make less and he makes more.
