Sure Rightpoint has been lauded in the press as one of 'America's Most Promising Companies' and a 'Top 100 Workplace' and 'Best Places to Work' and...etc., etc. So, does it hold true to these values? Absolutely. I've never had the pleasure of working at (not for) a company that values its employees and their contributions more than I've witnessed firsthand at Rightpoint. Core values like Passion, Intrapreneurship, Integrity, Collaboration are more than just marketing speak on their website...we live these values everyday as team members and a company as a whole. The Founders have built something truly amazing here...and they equally value their company's growth/success alongside the betterment of each and every person they count as part of their family. I've been in and around high growth tech companies for years and this is the first company where I truly feel I can 1) Add significant value to the overall success of Rightpoint (and be 'heard' in doing so) 2) Realize tremendous professional career growth 3) Have fun working alongside folks who are wicked smart, have no egos, and are actually cool to be around 4) For the first time in my life, see myself building a career here for years to come. With a high growth company, you'll need to get things done. Wear different hats. Be willing to take ownership of tasks without prompts. And be uber efficient. In short, act more like an owner than an employee. If you want a monotonous 9to5, best to look elsewhere.
