Great projects to work on, lots of opportunities from early on in career to management projects, interface with clients and see projects through from start to finish, those interested get to have input into the business operations and get involved in all sorts of initiatives. Great work environment, where staff are put first and feel valued.

NZ owned and operated rather than multi-disciplinary so less opportunity to travel overseas for projects (although not unheard of) if that is what you are into.
