      Change doesn't happen quickly, but since policy affects all citizens of the county, that can be a positive aspect.

      Appropriate pay level, good benefits, great commissioners (2012-2015 years)

      Sick leave policy is absolutely ridiculous, employee classification needs to be revisited MUCH sooner than the projected 2018 date (staff are underpaid & undervalued)
