High level of Professionalism and Training. The Uniformed police and Detectives lack corruption and brutality, exercising great restraint. The leave and sick time benefits and pay are ridiculously amazing.

Management lacks the same ethics and integrity as the line officers. Shift hours and the Drama and Trauma of the job will eventually catch up with you.
