- Salary for Croatian citizens is terrible considering the caliber and high reputation of the company. I am a Croatian citizen on a foreigner's salary as I moved here from abroad and even still I am struggling as Zagreb is absurdly expensive to live in with the salary I receive. - The workload is very inconsistent, sometimes you have too much work and sometimes almost nothing. This also applies to how interesting or challenging the work can be. - I get the feeling sometimes that the top-level management has absolutely no idea what they are doing and make seriously stupid decisions with company organization and finances. - In over 2 years of being here I have seen very little progression of my career here, no salary increases at all and no promotions. & this is not to say that I am not putting in the effort, its just the culture of the management here. They will often just keep pushing your career progression off to a later date and keep delaying. This is the part that irritates me the most, I see very little here in terms of my future of growing my career both financially and responsibilities. - No paid overtime. This is absolutely stupid. This should be illegal. The amount of people I see here that work ridiculous hours of overtime and don't get paid even a cent for it is just terrible. The management either needs to ban overtime working or start paying people for it. - Company organization and structure is bad. Too many people doing nothing and too many people doing too much, no balance. Too many managers and not enough real employees doing real work. - The turnover rate of employees is very high and employee satisfaction is quite low
