Very inconsistent leadership and frequent staffing changes that felt irrational and disruptive. Pay is too low for the workload, and the culture normalizes overwork with little regard for employee mental health or wellbeing. Sad, given this is a social service organization that provides counseling—staff often feel like numbers, not people.
