Great people for the most part all the way around in terms of who you work with directly. Good benefits and the UC product is one of the strongest in the industry still.

Not a customer centric company any longer. They will broadcast that they are, but then hold customers hostage, even in their rightful ability to downgrade, etc. during renewals. Support has continued to go downhill and the salespeople who own the relationship are constantly reactive to customers poor sentiment to where they cannot realistically do all that is being asked.

RingCentral has some of the best benefits that I've ever seen provided by a company. Great work environment and co-workers on my team.

Svantaggi

Onboarding was great and easy to follow through. But if you have something specific It can be a little confusing at times to figure out where to go for certain HR things or whom you need to talk to in the organization.
