You must be a self-starter, self-motivator, and self-sustained. Whatever position you're in, you need to be a team player and you need to be ready to bring your skills to the table. Management may be a bit harsh and a bit in your face but that just comes with the territory. I have worked for other companies before with bosses that were ten times worse. You need to realize that we're trying to build a business and that sometimes it may not be easy.
