The company is growing rapidly with tons of opportunity to grow and work on a variety of projects both in Virginia and other states. Career development has been a huge priority the last few years with emphasis on mentoring and advancement.

There is poor communication among management and employees. Management would turn a blind eye to toxic behavior from employees that would be fired from other firms. The pay is lower than it's competitors while expected to do more work. Management will show favoritism towards employees.
