Freedom to be innovative, be yourself and cross collaboration within the company was great to have

Unfortunately I ran into not getting paid what I was worth but they were in between funding series so I can't completely fault them. However, I stayed at a salary I came in at, got noticed for what I brought to the table in my new role and left at the same pay rate.

There were no pros to this job

I signed up to be a “valet” with Rinse in San Francisco and they kept cancelling my orientation and training shift citing issues with their warehouse and staffing. Every time the next soonest available training wasn’t for another week, and then they would inevitably cancel on me again 2-3 hours before the start of my shift. Huge waste of time and energy, half the time their “support” never even responds to texts.
