The kitchen was led by a talented chef whose skills elevated the dining experience; however, challenges within the management and work environment, including long hours and a lack of cohesive organization, created difficulties for staff. The atmosphere felt more focused on oversight than fostering a shared passion for hospitality.

Most of your coworkers are amazing, helpful and nice. Great shift options. Never closes too late. Great location.

They don't train you well/long enough before expecting you know everything they need from you. If the owner isn't happy with your performance, she may say something in front of other employees, making you feel uncomfortable, instead of saying something in private.
