This company is not for “cardiac” people or they will not stay long - Lack of recognition. Lack of feedback in regards to our work. - As HSE being a priority, should focus more on wellness and wellbeing and mental wellness - - Loyalty. We can be long term employee or not, we are just "a number" that they can remove quickly. The company is not showing us the contrary unfortunately.
