For the most part Sr. Leadership has a high level of integrity and vision. The startup mentality hasn't died off with the rapid growth. People at Riot are still trying to make great things happen for players everyday.

Getting things done sometimes gets in the way of building strong foundations for getting things done. Rapid growth has unavoidably diluted the culture to some extent. There is conflict in what the best approach for the players really is sometimes.
