Great startup culture, colleagues are helpful and friendly. Exposure to many design aspects and valuable experience. Flexible working hours. Nice cafeteria. Company future is promising, even it's small sized it's way ahead of many larger competitors.

Sometimes you have to synchronize with colleagues overseas so your day might start and end late. The pressure of working in a semiconductor startup might be overwhelming, as in many semiconductor startups, workload ramps up very quickly before tapeouts and afterwards you will almost be almost free. So there's no constant workload over the entire year.

Located at good place to commute. Very quiet and clean office., Nice cafeteria

Hard to find employee's future with management, mid-level management mind sharing vision and its overall project plan with their staffs low salary, no benefit , no salary raise for 4 years This is good place for only top and mid-level management with regards to benefit
