The perks are well above average for Málaga, the pay is more than enough and people is amazing. You have a lot of freebies, FIFA tournaments and a really agile work environment.

Mid level management is not as fluid as it should. Career progression as a automation QA is lacking. The current big project that we have is going too messy in my opinion.
