Riplife has strived to hire the best professionals available, so the level is quite high. Likewise they are generally wonderful people to work with.

Upper management decisions seem to be taken on the fly without giving much thought to mid and long term implications. This leads to a sensation of uncertainty among employees.

Great atmosphere. Great people. Good facilities. Anything else I can say? I moved from Madrid and so far has met all my expectations. Also given the opportunity to get involved with technology that isn't part of my official job title. My manager and director are very understanding and open to accept my input.

Working between 2 different time zones. Although it's something you adapt to.
