* Very healthy and supportive company culture * Emphasis on work-life balance * Modern * As long as you get your work done, people don't mind when, where, or how you work ... work remote, work from a coffee shop, come into the office when you want to, stay home if you prefer, whatever. The company is based around remote work, with executives living both in-location and abroad. If you prefer to work 10a-6p, or 5a-1p, or take lunch breaks and do some work in the evening, that's fine. As long as you are available during general work hours to communicate with other people and get your job done. * Kind, supportive people * None of the stereotypical "work hard, play hard" (i.e. "low pay, 70 hour workweek") culture that other startup have. Big focus on healthy culture, supporting employees, working smart, flexibility, etc. * Promising product * There's a lot of room for creativity and growth in every department, so if you want to try something out, you can share your ideas and bounce things off of people. * Product is focused on helping companies have healthy workplaces and cultures, and they put this into practice in terms of their own company culture * Relatively flat organization, so everyone interacts with everyone (both a pro and a con) * Unlimited PTO (both a pro and a con) * Decent stock options * Immediate-vesting 401k match

Svantaggi

* Unlimited PTO means that there is no PTO-payout if you leave the company * Startup, so there are some issues that come with that - competition is a serious threat, taking advantage of stock options could be a gamble, etc. * Flat and small organization means that there is a lot of self-driven role defining. I like this, because I am very familiar with my job. However, if you are someone who likes having a structure in place, you will flounder for a bit. Suggestion would be to find someone who can take you under their wing and get advice from people in your department and legacy employees.
