No EAs, you just go to their desks and talk to them - No a**holes or ego (CEO personally handles customer support tickets) - just a bunch of super talented, friendly people working like crazy to create a world-class product and company - The culture is easygoing, mature, and drama-free

- No “rest and vest” here! Everyone works exceptionally hard. If you’re looking for a 10-4 job, go elsewhere - They don’t have the next level perks you get at bigger companies (although there’s still unlimited vacation, catered lunch, etc) - Lack of established processes - you have to create them as you go to get stuff done - Extremely frugal. Undoubtedly a good thing for the company overall, but you’ll be expected to make do with fewer resources than you need
